- Identifying clients requirements and analyzing customer's requirements and
guiding them about the property, as per their requirement.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Update, Maintain and Build the E-sales Database with Updated Client Information, Prospects and New Contacts.
- Call on Potential or Existing Clients to Setting up Appointments and Making Prospect/client Visits.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-concentric.
- Convincing and generating appointments for executives.
- Arranging site visits & take the appointments from clients.
- Real estate experience is highly required.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Support in writing new business proposals.
